My research examines how emerging communication technologies shape people’s perceptions of themselves, others, and social relationships. I am particularly interested in how interactions with AI agents and embodied virtual technologies influence social cognition, identity, and interpersonal communication, with the broader goal of understanding how technological mediation transforms social and communicative experiences.
